APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Glendale

My boyfriend and I lived at Willow Creek for the past three years, and we were really sad to go. Lanie and Juliandra were wonderful and understanding landlords, always smiling and willing to provide whatever was needed immedately. They have amazing one and two bedrooms that are beautiful, the best bang for your buck in Glendale. The entire complex has brand new walkways and stairwells, and patios! If you are looking to rent in Glendale, highly consider renting here.

Lived in Willow Creek for about 4.5 years and really enjoyed my time there. Rent is pretty affordable by comparison for Denver. The office and maintenance staff are super helpful and follow through on any requested work. Whenever I had something break (not too frequently), it was quickly addressed. Hugo is a rockstar! The mgmt. gets the little things right down the even watering the hanging flower pots. The summers are nice with having the pool (which never seems to get too crowded) and grill available for use. The 1 bedroom has a bathroom which is accessible to both the main living room and the bedroom. It's in a good spot across from the Rugby park and very accessible to Cherry Creek trail which makes it easy to get around town on bike. Whole Foods, Home Depot, King Soopers are all walkable. Whenever the COVID thing loosens up a bit, you also have Sams #3 and Bull and Bush Brewery/Restaurant. One note is there is currently some construction to update/replace the stairways, but the project will be completed eventually and looks to be about half done (I wouldn't use that as a basis for not living there)

I lived in Willow Creek apartments for 9 months and if I did not have to move out of state, I would have lived there for way longer. The apartment is right in front of a park, close to a library and a rugby field, ample parking space and secure entry into the complex. The ladies at the leasing office are fantastic people. They work with you, and are quick to resolve any issues you may have. My heater was not working as I would have liked and I reported it to them, they got right on it and in no time I had a new a/c and heating system. I recommend this place!

Well managed and maintained. Reasonably priced. There's a park across the street and easy access to the Cherry Creek bike path. I highly recommend it. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm going to move out of state.

My partner and I lived at Willow Creek for a little over a year. The location is great, only 20 minutes out of downtown (not at rush hour). The staff is AMAZING. Any time we needed maintenance, they were there within a day and working on the problem. We needed to get out of our lease early and Lanie (property manager) really worked with us too avoid huge fees. 24/7 laundry, a well-maintained pool with BBQ, and very responsive staff are just some of the reasons why Willow Creek is a great community to live.

I lived here with my boyfriend for about two years and we loved every second of it! I've never experienced such an awesome leasing office, they were supper quick to respond to everything! The grounds were supper clean and we didn't have any problems with bugs (just some sugar ants but they got right on that after we told them in the first week and we never had a problem again). The community is quite, with most people being in the late 20s, early/mid 30s. Plus it's a GREAT location. I would have stayed, but I needed to move for a job opportunity. EXCELLENT apartments though! And Lanie is just so sweat, helpful and awesome.

This apartment was my home for about 2 years. My experience with the staff and the community was so wonderful. Any problems that might have turned up (very few in the 2 years) were answered swiftly. Love and miss this place!
